The Farms of Culpeper County
Croftburn Farm is family owned and operated. Our goal is to produce the finest grass-fed and grain finished meat possible. The animlas do not receive hormones, unnecessary antibiotics, or food that contains animal by-products. All the animals are pasture born and raised, not confined to feedlot conditions. The meat is all processed at a USDA facility. We market our beef and lamb to a number of fine restaurants, locally,in the Williamsburg area, and in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. The three types of lamb sausage are Merguez; apple-garlic-rosemary; and sun-dried tomato and pine nuts. Wool, yarn and fleeces are available from our flock of Dorset sheep. |
