Founded in 1932 during the Great Depression, the Culpeper
Farmers’ Cooperative provided products and services to farmers in
this area such as feed, fencing materials, etc. Now known as CFC
Farm & Home Center, today’s cooperative has the same mission —
to sell high quality products and services and maintain a strong
financial and equity base for its members. While expanding services
to the average homeowner, contractors and other businesses
through retail outlets, we haven’t forgotten our core mission to the
farmer. Besides six retail stores, CFC maintains two fertilizer plants
and a feed mill for our farming base. The new name more
accurately reflects our commitment to all rural residents that
“Everyone can shop Co-op.”
With
convenient hours and great
customer service, everyone can shop
at CFC Farm & Home Center.
